What Grade Oil For My Galaxy ?

Hi All,

I have recently purchased a 95 N reg galaxy 2 litre petrol and want it serviced and was thinking of maybe doing it myself but looking under the bonnet there dont seem to be too much space, So i may take it to quickfit or national tyres to do, But what grade oil should be put into it if i do it myself or get a garage to do it.

 

Also has anyone got a rough price for fords to do it as i work at the Dagenham engine plant and get a discount but wanna know what prices they charge to see if its worth takin it to them.

Any decent semi-synthetic 15W40 should do the trick, it is a basic engine with basic needs!
